What we want to be true in ten years
We want enterprise AI to feel less like a series of expensive experiments and more like the rest of enterprise software: predictable to deliver, predictable to operate, predictable to govern. We want the question "is this worth doing" to be answered honestly and quickly, with as little harm to ambition as possible. And we want the systems we build to be running quietly, profitably and defensibly long after our involvement has ended.
We want to be the firm that organisations call when the answer matters more than the spectacle. We want our recommendations to be the ones that age well. And we want the practitioners who choose to spend their careers with us to do the best work of those careers here, because the conditions for it — disciplined, generous, intellectually honest — are unusually good.
These are ambitions, not predictions. Whether we live up to them is something the next decade of work will demonstrate, one engagement at a time.
“The systems worth building are the ones still running, still useful and still defensible five years from now.”
